Keyword density measures how frequently specific terms or phrases appear in your text relative to the total word count. While including target keywords helps spiders understand your topics, repeating them too often is flagged as **keyword stuffing**. Keep densities between 1.0% and 2.5% for primary search terms:
// Word distribution mapping example:
Total words: 200
"keyword" count: 4 -> Density: 2.0% (Ideal)
"stuffing" count: 12 -> Density: 6.0% (Warning - Too High)
